PALLADIUM is a unique mixed-use property in downtown Prague with an outstanding architectural solution combining new with historical. The property is located in the UNESCO protected central district of Prague on former site of military barracks. The history of the site dates back to the 12th century and remains of Romanesque architecture are displayed in the PALLADIUM shopping mall. Developed by EPD, PALLADIUM was a major contribution to conversion of the dilapidated former barracks buildings and re-vitalizing of the adjacent square introducing new shopping experience and creating busy pedestrian city environment. PALLADIUM was opened to public in October of 2007.
